Baldino, certified yoga instructor and wellness guide, we explore how gentle yoga, targeted breathwork, and mindful practices can support both migraine prevention and real-time relief.

• Breathwork techniques like Nadi Shodhana to calm the nervous system
• Gentle yoga sequences designed for both prevention and relief (including in-bed options!)

• Tools like aromatherapy, cold eye towels, and meditation to ease symptoms naturally
