The Carmel Migraine Retreat offers a gentle and empowering approach to managing symptoms through yoga, education, breathwork, and relaxation—set in one of the most peaceful coastal towns in California.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll explore yoga styles that support nervous system regulation and migraine prevention—including Ashtanga, Yin, and Restorative—alongside guided meditation, breathwork, and daily wellness practices. You’ll also learn about common migraine triggers (like stress, sleep, posture, and food) and how yoga and lifestyle adjustments can help you reduce their impact.

To reserve your spot, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required.
The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the retreat start date.

Early bird pricing is available for a limited time and offers up to $200 off the regular retreat price.

Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that life happens. Please review our cancellation policy:

Cancellations made more than 45 days before the retreat are eligible for a refund minus the deposit.

Cancellations made within 45 days of the retreat are non-refundable, due to pre-paid accommodations and services.

You may transfer your spot to another participant, pending approval.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment in case of illness, emergencies, or travel disruptions.
